
Shipping Policy
SHIPPING
nvr stp will ship anywhere in the U.S. besides Hawaii and Alaska. At this time, nvr stp does not ship internationally. Shipping times typically range from 7–10 business days within the contiguous United States.
All packages are shipped with USPS. Please ensure your order is delivered to a secure and trusted location. nvr stp is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
Customers are responsible for entering an accurate shipping address at checkout. Any packages returned to nvr stp due to incorrect or incomplete address information may be subject to return shipping fees.
We ship via USPS primarily. UPS and Fed Ex are back up shipment facilities of our use.
Shipping rates are a standard rate at checkout using an average shipment cost across the United States for a package this size and weight. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed.
nvr stp is not responsible for packages that have been delivered to a mailbox, doorstep, or left at the delivery address.
PROCESSING TIME
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
FINAL SALE & CLEARANCE
All clearance items purchased through nvr stp are final sale. We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or offer exchanges on clearance purchases.
Clearance items are excluded from store-wide sales and promotions.
DAMAGED ITEMS & CLAIMS
If your package arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us at customersupport@nvrstpapparel.com within 30 days of delivery.
Our team will review your claim, and if approved, a replacement item will be issued.
