Refund Policy

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

We want you to be confident and happy with every piece you order. If something isn’t correct, we’ve made the return and exchange process as simple as possible. Please review the details below before submitting a request. Use the email at the bottom of the page to start your return or exchange.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY & TIMEFRAME

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed (trying items on for fit is okay)

  • Free of stains, odors (including smoke, cologne, or deodorant), and pet or human hair

  • Returned in original packaging with tags still attached

​Please note: Items showing excessive wrinkling or signs of wear may be denied. All returns are inspected upon arrival before refunds are issued.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:​

  • Final Sale or Clearance items

  • Any items sent back after the 30-day return window

RETURN SHIPPING & LABELS

  • Returns must be shipped back by the customer to the address provided by nvr stp - nvr stp is not responsible for return shipping

  • Return shipping is covered by nvr stp for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and approved, processing may take up to 7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take an additional 1–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refunds cannot be issued to a different payment method

​EXCHANGES

Need a different size or color? We’ve got you covered. 

  • The customer will be responsible for all shipping fees. (Return fee and replacement item shipping fee)

  • Follow the return process by emailing us at the email below and clearly note your exchange request

  • Once the item is received and reviewed to ensure quality, a new item will be shipped out. 

  • Questions on shipping for exchanges? Reach out over email and we are happy to chat!

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Email customersupport@nvrstpapparel.com within 30 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the issue

  • For eligible domestic claims, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement item
